The Crane Wives

the crane wives is an immersive performance installation by the all-female collective of the same name, exploring themes of loneliness, intimacy, and lonely intimacy. Over a duration of 90 minutes the audience experiences the installation through improvised movement and dialogue and choreographed performance. You, the audience, are free to follow whichever character you feel drawn to in any moment, exploring the two rooms that make up this world.
